The KRV’s vision for the Bouganvilla project is to create a one-kilometer block development in Mona Kingston, Jamaica that will serve as the country's Silicon Valley. The goal is to foster innovation, research, and development in various technology and startup industries, with a focus on promoting economic growth and social progress.

The complex will be divided into several departments, including:

1.    Biotech: This department will focus on developing startups related to biotechnology, such as genetic research, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

2.    Clean Energy: This department will focus on startups related to clean energy, such as renewable energy sources, smart grids, and energy storage solutions.

3.    AR/VR: This department will focus on developing startups related to augmented and virtual reality technologies, including applications for gaming, education, and other industries.

4.    AI: This department will focus on developing startups related to artificial intelligence, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

5.    Blockchain: This department will focus on startups related to blockchain technologies, including cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

6.    Robotics: This department will focus on developing startups related to robotics, such as industrial automation, medical robotics, and drones.

7.    Fintech: This department will focus on developing startups related to financial technology, including online banking, payment systems, and investment platforms.

8.    Femtech: This department will focus on developing startups related to women's health and wellness, such as reproductive health, maternal care, and female-specific medical devices.

9.    EVTOL: This department will focus on developing startups related to electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) technologies, including urban air mobility solutions and autonomous aerial vehicles.

The complex will include several buildings, each designed to accommodate the various departments, with shared spaces and amenities to encourage collaboration and innovation. In addition, the project will include a convention center and hotel.
